This cost per port will be unique regardless of the number of packages. The delivery period in your business is between 1 and 3 working days for the Iberian Peninsula, and approximately 4 days outside the peninsula. ASTRAL LABS works with external transport companies and is not responsible for the estimated shipping time they offer.




The return procedure is described below:

- If you are not satisfied with the merchandise received, you have 7 days from the reception to ask us to change the product. To do this, you must complete the return request form within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt, please indicate in detail the problem you have with your product. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

 - Wait for the answer with the instructions of our technical department, which will explain how to proceed.

- Please, do not make any return to our facilities without having a return number, or your request will not be answered.
- Once your return is approved by our technical department, the product must be returned in perfect condition, with its original packaging and unused.
The defective or damaged product will be replaced by another equal or equivalent, and only in the case of not having it, ASTRALVAPE will pay your money in balance to spend in our online store. Other reasons are exempt from money back. It is IMPORTANT that to correct transport incidents, returns must be made in their original packaging, without observing any damage or signs of tampering, or that have been altered or used in an abusive or negligent manner by the customer.
ASTRAL LABS will not be responsible if, due to poor packaging on the return, transport breaks occur.
When we receive the product in ASTRAL LABS our Technical Service will verify that the product is in perfect condition, once verified we will proceed to the refund of the item discounting the shipping costs of the first delivery. The return costs will be paid by the customer.

E-liquids in all their formats have no guarantee because they are consumable products.
In the event that the products sent as claromizers, atomizers, upon receipt of the order, the customer verifies that they do not work, if he would have the guarantee of sending a substitute. The customer has 24 hours to notify ASTRAL LABS that the product does not have a defect, after this period of time is understood that the customer is satisfied with the products received.
